Post your favorite recipe this week in the comments.

I will start with a few of my favorite go to recipes that I haven't already shared. Keep in mind, I am a very simple cook when it comes to preparing my meals.

Egg whites and sweet potato delight (good for breakfast , lunch or dinner)
  • 5 egg whites  scrambled with fresh spinach chopped
  • Sweet potatoes diced and cooked in coconut oil with a little salt
  • Combine the sweet potatoes with the scrambled eggs and enjoy!
Ground Turkey with asparagus
  • Brown ground turkey in a skillet seasoned with garlic salt, pepper and worchestire sausce
  • Saute the asparagus by spraying the pan with coconut oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt

  1. My favorite meal right not is spaghetti squash and ground turkey!

    Steam your squash, fry the ground turkey in coconut oil, no salt seasoning & pepper, heat up some organic tomato basil sauce, super easy and delicious.
    Half the calories and carbs!

  2. Roasted Turkey Cauliflower

    1 - 3lb Turkey Breast - keep in netting and discard juice packet
    2 - Large heads of Cauliflower - washed and cut into florets
    2 - Red Onions chopped
    1 - Bunch of Green Onions chopped
    1 - Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
    1 - Teaspoon Paprika
    1 - Teaspoon Pepper
    1 - Packet McCormick Gourmet Seasoning Packet - Herbes de Provence Roasted Chicken & Potatoes
    1 - Roasting bag

    Note: I do not use any salt - the spice packet has enough sodium

    flour bag (so it doesn't burst while baking) put all veggies and spices in bag and shake (mixing well) put Turkey breast in bag and shake up - arrange veggies on bottom and turkey fat side up tie bag and cut of any excess bake 2 hours at 350F (or until meat thermometer comes out at 180)

  3. My go to dinner is steamed spiral sliced zucchini. Home made marina sauce with mushroom and ground turkey cooked with Italian spices, onion. I don't add any salt. Its fast, simple and low carb. :)
